- 1 English Cucumber
- 3 carrots

- 1/8-1/4 cup sunflower seeds, soaked and sprouted
- 2 heads of green leafy vegetables (Chard, Kale, Spinach, etc)
- 1 hot pepper (serano, jalapeno, habenero depending on how much spice you want)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- dash cinamon
- 1/8 large onion
- 1/4 red pepper
- 2 stalks celery
