In January of 2009 I decided to go raw after years of soy-based veganism. Since then I've lost more than 70 pounds and learned a lot about myself and about nutrition. The funny thing is I haven't felt hungry one day.
You all should know I am not a doctor, just a girl who's seen a lot of benefit from my raw food diet. While these were my results some people who do it wrong end up undernourished. Since I do not want this happening to any of my lovely readers I would entreat you to consult with your doctor before any sudden drastic changes in your diet or exercise regiment.
